things like the stroller, swing, etc in plain view for them to explore. (Other then one slip where Rambo decided that by peeing on the stroller wheel, it was his, it's been OK.) I've played some youtube clips of babies crying (which resulted in some heads cocked, looking perplexed) and have wiped them down with baby wipes on occasion (let's get used to baby smells). I do some tricks with them (complete with yummy treats) in the baby's room too -- anything to make the association that baby = good. Finally, we've been working hard to get Rambo's barking under control and Ripley's "tinkle-to-say-hello" to a minimum (if you've visited us, you know what I mean). They're both young and we love them to death, so I'm not worried. I'm so excited for them to get to meet her and for her to have the opportunity to grow up with two wonderful critters by her side. Jamie and I joked that since the "R" sound is a tough one for babies, they'll probably become "Bo" and "Plee" when she starts to talk. Or maybe just a generic "puppy" will do.
When you come visit baby, know that they're a package deal -- you'll be visiting our pups too!
